Returns for Repair (U.K.)

If you need to return your item for repair please download the following form – this includes a returns sheet to complete and pack with the item, and a returns label to attach to the outside of the packaging to identify it for repair.

To reduce the turnaround time of your product repair, you can ask for a standard repair price over the telephone. This will enable you to enclose your purchase order with repair returns form for immediate processing when it arrives at our repairs department. Call us on +44 (0)1283 500500 and choose option 6.

Note: Goods being returned from outside of the EU for repair should be entered through Customs as Duty Paid, not through the IPR system.
